In this thesis the closed-loop control of anesthetic drugs administration has been performed. A Simulink patient simulator has been employed, which outputs the controlled variables (both anesthetic and hemodynamic variables). For the control task, a PID controller and a MPC controller have been designed, with performance comparison.
In questa tesi viene effettuato il controllo in catena chiusa del dosaggio di tre farmaci anestetici. Il processo utilizzato è un simulatore Simulink del paziente, che fornisce in uscita le variabili da controllare (sia variabili anestetiche che emodinamiche). Per il controllo è stato fatto il design di un controllore PID e di un MPC, con confronto delle performance.
