In the thesis were initially described the main voluntary certifications of sustainability relative to the wine sector (Organic, SQNPI, SOPD Equalitas and VIVA). Then the certification were compared, taking into consideration various parameters linked to environmental sustainability. The aim of the project is to identify the differences and similarities between the certifications and to highlight the strengths and weaknesses of each.
All'interno della tesi sono state inizialmente descritte le principali certificazioni volontarie di sostenibilità legate al campo vitivinicolo (Biologico, SQNPI, SOPD Equalitas e VIVA) e successivamente comparate, prendendo in esame diversi parametri legati alla sostenibilità ambientale. Il fine dell'elaborato è quello di individuare le differenze e le similitudini tra le varie certificazioni ed esaltare i punti di forza e di debolezza per ognuna.
