Currently, the textile industry employs to a great extent synthetic fibers, therefore raw materials with limited availability. In light of the objectives of decarbonisation, these products must be replaced with textile fibers from renewable sources including, for example, regenerated cellulosic fibers synthesized from wood. The thesis aims to highlight the possibilities of using regenerated cellulosic fibers as eco-friendly raw materials to replace synthetic fibers.

Abstract
Currently, the textile industry employs to a great extent synthetic fibers, therefore raw materials with limited availability. In light of the objectives of decarbonisation, these products must be replaced with textile fibers from renewable sources including, for example, regenerated cellulosic fibers synthesized from wood. The thesis aims to highlight the possibilities of using regenerated cellulosic fibers as eco-friendly raw materials to replace synthetic fibers.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
