Gestione dei materiali e della supply chain attraverso la logica Pull. Il caso Stiga Spa.

The objective of this dissertation was the study of a new material procurement methodology to allow to reduce the stock and the costs associated with it. The various techniques present in the literature for supply chain management were examined and the comparison between the current management system, the Rop and the supply Kanban was applied in the company Stiga Spa.

L'obiettivo di questa tesi è stato lo studio di una nuova metodologia di approvvigionamento dei materiali per consentire di ridurre la giacenza e i costi associati ad essa. Sono state prese in esame le varie tecniche presenti in letteratura per la gestione della supply chain ed è stato applicato il confronto tra l'attuale sistema di gestione, il Rop e il Kanban di approvvigionamento nella società Stiga Spa.
