This thesis project is based on te analysis of fucntional connections between mitocondria and lipid droplets, trought the observation of te fluorescence issued by the Superfolder GFP, which was treated with the SPLICS system. In this thesis will e shown the develop process and the techical choices that have led to obataining the probes.
Il progetto di tesi si basa sull'analisi di connessioni funzionali tra mitocondri e gocce lipidiche (lipid droplets), mediante l'ottenimento di dati basati sulla fluorescenza emessa dalla Superfolder GFP trattata con il sistema SPLICS. Nella tesi verrà mostrato il processo di sviluppo e le scelte tecniche che hanno portato allo sviluppo delle sonde utilizzate.
