One of the most debated issues regarding strength training concerns precisely when and how to approach it for the first time during an individual's development. Therefore, the methods and means to be applied to introduce strenght training even before adulthood depending on the sensitive stage of reference will be explored in depth, so as to understand its importance not only from a purely performance point of view but also from a health/preventive point of view.
Uno dei temi più dibattuti per quanto concerne l'allenamento della forza riguarda proprio il quando e il come approcciarla per la prima volta nel corso dello sviluppo di un individuo. Verranno quindi approfonditi i metodi e i mezzi da applicare per introdurre lo strenght training già prima dell'età adulta a seconda della fase sensibile di riferimento, in modo tale da comprenderne l'importanza non solo da un punto di vista prettamente prestativo ma anche salutistico/preventivo.
