The paper analyzes the development that digital transformation has induced in business contexts, with a particular focus on the emergence of hybrid working modes and their effects on employees and organizations. The first chapter opens, therefore, with a temporal analysis of the development of these new working methods, paying particular attention to the thrust received since the pandemic of Covid19, on the reaction of companies and the decision to maintain hybrid contracts even in the long term. The second chapter focuses, instead, on the effects that the new working methods have had on people, with the growth of feelings such as technostress, burnout and in general discomfort resulting from the overlap between the working world and private. Finally, in the last chapter, we will focus on the decisions made by managers and leaders to support workers in difficult times and keep the company profitable.

Abstract
Finally, in the last chapter, we will focus on the decisions made by managers and leaders to support workers in difficult times and keep the company profitable.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
