As the object of study for my degree thesis I have chosen the taste and aspects related to its educability, following an itinerary that involves history, culture and fundamental actions for people, such as feeding oneself and taking pleasure in doing it. In particular, I pause to consider the relationship between person and taste from the educational perspective and deepen what it means to educate this sense for scientific purposes, analyzing how subjective elements can be used for objective purposes.
Come oggetto di studio per la mia tesi di laurea ho scelto il gusto e gli aspetti legati alla sua educabilità, percorrendo un itinerario che coinvolge storia, cultura e azioni fondamentali per le persone, come nutrirsi e provare piacere nel farlo. In particolare, mi soffermo a considerare il rapporto tra persona e gusto dalla prospettiva educativa ed approfondisco che cosa significhi educare questo senso a scopi scientifici, andando ad analizzare come elementi soggettivi possano essere utilizzati per scopi oggettivi.
