L’influenza della società digitale nella letteratura spagnola contemporanea

My thesis will analyze in depth how the digital society and the advent of the infosphere have changed our way of thinking and living. I will refer to the book "The fourth revolution: how the infosphere is transforming the world" written by the information philosopher Luciano Floridi. I will focus in particular on how contemporary Spanish literature deals with the theme of cyberbullying, internet law and privacy. In this regard, I will analyze a book called “Bajo el paraguas azul”, by Elena Martínez, which tells the story of a girl who is a victim of cyberbullying. I will therefore talk about how contemporary Spanish literature is trying to raise awareness among young people on this very important issue, making them aware of the risks and consequences of the actions that take place on the web. In addition, I will refer to how the Spanish law and constitution try to regulate this issue, citing the articles concerning crimes related to the digital world.

La mia tesi andrà ad analizzare in profondità come la società digitale e l'avvento dell'infosfera abbiano cambiato il nostro modo di pensare e di vivere. Farò riferimento al libro “La quarta rivoluzione: come l’infosfera sta trasformando il mondo” scritto dal filosofo dell’informazione Luciano Floridi. Mi concentrerò in particolare su come la letteratura spagnola contemporanea si confronti con il tema del cyberbulling, del diritto dell'internet e della privacy. A questo riguardo, analizzerò un libro di nome “Bajo el paraguas azul”, di Elena Martínez, che racconta la storia di una ragazza vittima di cyberbulling. Parlerò, quindi, di come la letteratura spagnola contemporanea stia cercando di sensibilizzare i giovani su questa tematica molto importante, rendendoli partecipi dei rischi e delle conseguenze delle azioni che avvengono sul web. Inoltre, andrò a fare riferimento a come la legge e la costituzione spagnola cerchino di regolare questo tema, citando gli articoli che riguardano i reati legati al mondo digitale.
