Mobbing: il caso specifico del Centro Antimobbing di Padova

This thesis aims to investigate the phenomenon of mobbing as a whole, describing in the first chapters the history of work discomfort, the actors involved, the models and scientific theories inherent to the phenomenon in question, the tools used to prevent and intervene on the problem. In the second part of the thesis, the specific case of the Antimobbing Center of Padua is investigated, reporting the history of the center, the objectives and methods of intervention.

La presente tesi ha l'obiettivo di indagare il fenomeno del Mobbing nel suo complesso, descrivendo nei primi capitoli, la storia del disagio lavorativo, gli attori coinvolti, i modelli e teorie scientifiche inerenti al fenomeno in questione, gli strumenti utilizzati per prevenire e intervenire sul problema. Nella seconda parte della tesi, si va ad indagare il caso specifico del Centro Antimobbing di Padova, riportando la storia del centro, gli obiettivi e le modalità di intervento.
