This work deals with the concept of self-compassion from an egosystemic and ecosystemic perspective. A review of the literature of this construct is undertaken and different trainings are identified that can promote an increase of compassion. The effectiveness of self-compassion in psychotherapy is addressed by analyzing the various studies that affirm its evolution in psychopathology and the elaboration of the concept of care in a flourishing perspective. The approach and studies of self-compassion in relation to anxiety and depression are specifically observed: various trainings and therapies used that have the aim of increasing this construct are presented. In the literature there are also several online training studies aimed at increasing self-compassion. In this regard, the research is presented in Chapter 3 in which an online intervention of self-compassion is proposed to university students of psychology. Two starting hypotheses are posed: the presence of a significant correlation between the dimensions of self-compassion with all the variables analyzed in the research and an increase, following online trainingS, of self-compassion and other variables potentially related to it, in the participants of the experimental group. In the final part we discuss the results obtained, limits and ideas for future research.

Abstract
In the final part we discuss the results obtained, limits and ideas for future research.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
