Lo stalking: da amore a ossessione

Through my Thesis we will address the issue of stalking. Initially we will clarify what is meant by stalking, the typical elements and the related criminal law. We will then continue investigating the repercussions in the life of the victim. We will also investigate the reasons that lead a person to engage in stalking. Finally, we will analyze the various stages of intervention to be implemented to deal with cases of stalking.

Attraverso la mia Tesi di Laurea andremo a trattare il tema dello stalking. Inizialmente chiariremo cosa si intende per stalking, gli elementi i tipici e e la relativa normativa penale. Proseguiremo poi approfondendo le ripercussioni nella vita della vittima. Approfondiremo anche i motivi che spingono una persona a compiere atti di stalking. Infine analizzeremo le varie fasi di intervento da mettere in atto per trattare casi di stalking.
