Sostenibilità e Greenwashing nella prospettiva del nuovo diritto europeo dell'impresa

In the face of the global trend of companies adopting a sustainable corporate structure and voluntary disclosure of extra-financial information, the thesis aims to frame Greenwashing in the European and Italian legal systems. Emphasis is placed on the criteria identified by recent Italian pronouncements in order to sanction the phenomenon as an unfair business practice.

A fronte della tendenza globale delle imprese all'adozione di un assetto aziendale sostenibile ed alla diffusione volontaria delle informazioni extra finanziarie, l'elaborato mira ad inquadrare il Greenwashing, alias ambientalismo di facciata, negli ordinamenti europeo ed italiano. L'enfasi è posta sui criteri individuati dalle recenti pronunce italiane al fine di sanzionare il fenomeno in quanto pratica commerciale scorretta.
