The thesis will deal with the theme of agile work and its repercussions on the personal sphere of the worker as well as on social dynamics. Its birth and development will be analyzed, the consequences on the health and safety of workers, on their private and professional life and finally the possible and future changes.
La tesi tratterà il tema del lavoro agile e delle sue ripercussioni sulla sfera personale del lavoratore nonché sulle dinamiche sociali. Verrà analizzata la sua nascita ed il suo sviluppo, le conseguenze sulla salute e sicurezza dei lavoratori, sulla loro vita privata e professionale ed infine i possibili e futuri cambiamenti.
