The work proposed in this thesis and carried out in the Unifarco S.p.A company has led to focus on the person in charge and on the subject of training, also driven by the evolution of the legislation, in order to further prevent the number of injuries and accidents in the workplace. The manuals or "Diaries" presented update and help the persons in charge, according to their assignments and skills, in carrying out their duties regarding health, safety and environment also through check-lists and registrations. These tools are therefore a support mainly at an operational level and allow for constant feedback on multiple activities of the company prevention system, with a view to continuous improvement.
Il lavoro proposto in questi tesi e svolto nell’’azienda chimico – farmaceutica Unifarco S.p.A ha portato ad una focalizzazione sulla figura del Preposto e sulla tematica dell’addestramento, sospinta anche dall’evoluzione della normativa, in modo da prevenire ulteriormente il numero di infortuni ed incidenti nei luoghi di lavoro. I manuali o “Diari” presentati aggiornano e aiutano i preposti, secondo le loro attribuzioni e competenze, nello svolgimento dei loro compiti in materia di salute, sicurezza e ambiente, attraverso anche check-list e registrazioni. Questi strumenti risultano quindi un supporto, principalmente a livello operativo, e permettono di avere un riscontro costante su molteplici attività del sistema di prevenzione aziendale, in un'ottica di miglioramento continuo.
