The thesis represents a paper where the main tests carried out for the regeneration of plastic materials such as polymers are described. The knowledge of chemical composition and the physical-mechanical properties that a material possesses are exploited to allow its regeneration. Procedures for mixing with other materials are adopted to improve the chemical-physical characteristics of the material itself. Mechanical tests are also foreseen to verify the possibility of their specific use. All this with the aim of regenerating materials that are initially considered as waste

Abstract
The thesis represents a paper where the main tests carried out for the regeneration of plastic materials such as polymers are described. The knowledge of chemical composition and the physical-mechanical properties that a material possesses are exploited to allow its regeneration. Procedures for mixing with other materials are adopted to improve the chemical-physical characteristics of the material itself. Mechanical tests are also foreseen to verify the possibility of their specific use.
