Valutazione del Rischio Chimico nelle aziende tramite l'algoritmo MoVaRisCh

When we talk about safety in the workplace, we refer to the set of measures, assessments and monitoring that must be implemented within the workplace to protect the health and integrity of workers and to safeguard them from the risks present. The target of this essay is to present the method of analysis that is used for the count of Chemical Risk in industries; particularly, all the procedures envisaged by the Chemical Risk Assessment Model (MoVaRisCh) will be examined in depth. This thesis starts with a theoretical introduction, with a due premise on the legislation currently in force (both Italian and European), then it follows with a step by step path for the application of the characteristic criteria of the Chemical Risk Assessment Model. In the final chapter, the information gathered up to that point is used in practice; a Chemical Risk Analysis is conducted for a company that processes wood to produce innovative windows and doors for civil construction.

Quando si parla di sicurezza sul lavoro si fa riferimento all'insieme di misure, provvedimenti, valutazioni e monitoraggi che bisogna mettere in atto all'interno dei luoghi di lavoro per tutelare la salute e l'integrità dei lavoratori, proteggendoli dai rischi presenti. L’obiettivo di questo saggio è quello di presentare la modalità di analisi che viene utilizzata per il calcolo del Rischio Chimico nelle industrie; in particolare saranno approfondite tutte le procedure previste dal Modello di Valutazione del Rischio Chimico (MoVaRisCh). Tale presentazione viene approcciata inizialmente in maniera teorica, con una dovuta premessa sulla normativa attualmente in vigore (sia italiana che europea), alla quale segue un percorso step by step per l’applicazione dei criteri caratteristici del Modello di Valutazione del Rischio Chimico. Nel capitolo finale le informazioni raccolte fino a quel momento vengono utilizzate nel pratico; viene condotta un’analisi di Rischio Chimico per un’azienda che lavora il legno per produrre serramenti ed infissi innovativi per l’edilizia civile.
