LA VIOLENZA ASSISTITA: CONSEGUENZE E PRATICHE DI CONTRASTO AL FENOMENO

This thesis is an analysis of the impacts and the activities to contrast the problem of witnessing and domestic violence. The first chapter deals with the outcomes of witnessed violence in children. The second chapter focuses on how to prevent the problem and how to protect the rights of the victims. The third presents and analyzes some cases of the Vicenza's anti-violence center

Questa tesi è un'analisi delle conseguenze e delle pratiche di contrasto ai fenomeni della violenza assistita e della violenza domestica. Il primo capitolo tratta gli esiti della violenza assistita nei minori. Il secondo capitolo si sofferma sulle modalità di prevenzione del fenomeno e sulla tutela e i diritti delle vittime. Il terzo presenta e analizza alcuni casi in carico al centro antiviolenza di Vicenza.
