La localizzazione spaziale senza e con ausili acustici

Sound is an extremely important element for communication between people. Unfortunately, however, due to various factors, not everyone has the same hearing ability and this can create discomfort among those suffering from this absence. More and more in recent years the goal has been set to improve the hearing conditions of people, through the study of the latter, but also through the use and improvement of technical instruments. Precisely for this reason, for my degree thesis I decided to analyze Symphonia, it is a software that aims to make the patient perceive the benefits deriving from the use of hearing aids.

Il suono è un elemento estremamente importante per la comunicazione tra le persone. Purtroppo però, a causa di vari fattori, non tutti hanno la stessa capacità uditiva e questo può creare disagi tra chi soffre di questa mancanza. Sempre di più negli ultimi anni ci si è posti l’obiettivo di migliorare le condizioni uditive delle persone, tramite lo studio di queste ultime, ma anche tramite l’utilizzo e il miglioramento di strumenti tecnici. Proprio per questo motivo per la mia tesi di laurea ho deciso di analizzare il Symphonia, è un software che si pone come obiettivo quello di far percepire al paziente i benefici derivanti dall’utilizzo di apparecchi acustici.
