This thesis is the collection of an experimental work aimed at a fourth grade class on the model of F-words. The idea was born from a proposal by Professor Ferrari about the deepening of an inclusive topic on which there was not yet experimentation. Through the six points of the model: "fitness", "friends", "family", "function", "fun" and "future", we gave the children some ideas to reflect on their daily life that favor the personal well-being and contribute to their growth in awareness, also looking towards their future. The work was based on the proposal of six interventions, one for each of the themes, and expect a reflection for each one on the basic ideas of the children about the relational aspects that are found in the family and in the peer group, the awareness of their own potential, passions and physical well-being and finally the perspective towards the future. To assess the effectiveness of the interventions and the effects they had on the class, questionnaires were administered before and after the lessons to detect the change in attitudes and initial conceptions. Finally, the work was accompanied by a theoretical integration to support the choices and teaching methods adopted, as well as the importance of inclusion on the life of the individual child.
La presente tesi è la raccolta di un lavoro di tipo sperimentale rivolto ad una classe quarta primaria sul modello delle F-words. L’idea è nata da una proposta dalla professoressa Ferrari circa l’approfondimento di una tematica a carattere inclusivo sulla quale non vi era ancora della sperimentazione. Attraverso i sei punti del modello: “fitness”, “friends”, “family”, “function”, “fun” e “future”, sono stati proposti ai bambini delle riflessioni su alcuni aspetti della loro vita quotidiana che favoriscono il benessere personale e contribuiscono alla loro crescita in consapevolezza, rivolgendo inoltre lo sguardo verso il proprio futuro. Il lavoro si è basato sulla proposta di sei interventi, uno per ciascuna delle tematiche, e ha visto per ognuno una riflessione sulle idee di partenza dei bambini circa gli aspetti relazionali che si ritrovano nella famiglia e nel gruppo dei pari, la consapevolezza delle proprie potenzialità, passioni e benessere fisico ed infine la prospettiva verso il futuro. Per poter valutare l’efficacia degli interventi e gli effetti che questi hanno avuto sulla classe, sono stati somministrati prima e dopo le lezioni dei questionari che rilevassero la variazione degli atteggiamenti e delle concezioni di partenza. Il lavoro è stato infine accompagnato da un’integrazione teorica a supporto delle scelte e delle modalità didattiche adottate, nonché sull’importanza dell’inclusione sulla vita del singolo bambino.
Un percorso didattico sul modello delle F-words per vivere appieno le proprie potenzialità.
