This thesis contribution aims to provide an overview on the subject of the work inclusion of people with disabilities, taking as reference the adulthood . Using the concept of inclusion as a key to analysis, the purpose of the paper is to bring the theme of work closer to the world of needs and values ​​of people with disabilities. The focus is on the concept of work as a right of the person, extending the study to the existing regulatory frameworks that regulate job placement, with particular attention to the paradigm introduced by the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities in 2006. The research then aims to highlight and enhance the growth path of the adult with disabilities, not only as a bearer of rights, abilities and potential, but above all of needs and the impact they have assumed as identity. and the role to correlate well-being and work experience within his life project, in order to enhance it as a resource in inclusive processes. In conclusion, after these premises, the intent is to create a focus on the figure of the disability manager who, through his own skills, perspectives and the role, by offering, he can apply new strategies to promote inclusion, configuring himself as an opportunity for work contexts.

Questo contributo di tesi si prefigge lo scopo di fornire una panoramica sul tema dell’inclusione lavorativa delle persone con disabilità, prendendo in esame, come target anagrafico di riferimento, l’età adulta. Utilizzando come chiave di analisi il concetto di inclusione, il fine dell’elaborato è avvicinare il tema del lavoro con il mondo dei bisogni e dei valori delle persone con disabilità. La lettura affonda la sua dissertazione nel concetto di lavoro come diritto della persona, estendendo l’approfondimento ai quadri normativi vigenti che regolano l’inserimento lavorativo, con un’attenzione particolare al paradigma introdotto dalla Convenzione Onu sui diritti delle persone con disabilità del 2006. La ricerca si pone poi l’obiettivo di mettere in luce e valorizzare il percorso di crescita dell’adulto con disabilità, non solo come portatore di diritti, capacità e potenzialità, ma soprattutto di bisogni e l’incidenza che hanno assunti come l’identità e il ruolo per correlare il benessere e l’esperienza lavorativa all’interno del suo Progetto di Vita, al fine di valorizzarlo come risorsa nei processi inclusivi. In conclusione, dopo queste premesse l’intento è creare un focus su l'inquadramento della figura del disability manager che attraverso le proprie competenze, le prospettive e il ruolo che ha nell’accompagnamento può applicare nuove strategie per favorire l’inclusione, configurandosi come un’opportunità per i contesti lavorativi.

THE JOB PLACEMENT OF PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES AND THE ROLE OF THE DISABILITY MANAGER AS FACILITATOR OF INCLUSIVE PROCESSES
Questo contributo di tesi si prefigge lo scopo di fornire una panoramica sul tema dell’inclusione lavorativa delle persone con disabilità, prendendo in esame, come target anagrafico di riferimento, l’età adulta.
