The skills assessment is an interesting tool to support and redirect in the paths of definition and enhancement of the skills of the users to whom it is administered. Object of study by the educational sciences, it is then framed in the paper in order to highlight the links between the developed skills and those that can be developed, rather than analyzing the impact that the training related to the intervention on the budget has had in the professional practices of the OML of Cisl Veneto as repercussions on the work approach. Having drawn attention to the key aspects, particularly as regards the theoretical framework and its functions, attention is therefore drawn to the approaches and developments towards which practice has directed the assessment of competences, with the aim of identifying the behaviors and effects on the work of the operators with respect to their professional work and the services they offer daily to users.

Abstract
The skills assessment is an interesting tool to support and redirect in the paths of definition and enhancement of the skills of the users to whom it is administered. Object of study by the educational sciences, it is then framed in the paper in order to highlight the links between the developed skills and those that can be developed, rather than analyzing the impact that the training related to the intervention on the budget has had in the professional practices of the OML of Cisl Veneto as repercussions on the work approach. Having drawn attention to the key aspects, particularly as regards the theoretical framework and its functions, attention is therefore drawn to the approaches and developments towards which practice has directed the assessment of competences, with the aim of identifying the behaviors and effects on the work of the operators with respect to their professional work and the services they offer daily to users.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
