This master's thesis is aimed at the study of Visual Management (VM). The work initially focuses on an in-depth study inherent to Lean Management, then, by means of a review phase of the literature inherent to Visual Management and based on the use of keywords, it dwells on deepening the theoretical point of view behind it, highlighting the problems inherent in a highly fragmented literature concerning the theorization of this tool, due to a purely practical approach that has marked the use of certain visual tools over time. Subsequent sections present the main visual tools of Visual Management with their functions, an analysis regarding VM implementation issues borne out of the results of case studies in the literature. Finally, the development of Visual Management favored by Industry 4.0 called Digital Visual Management (DVM) is analyzed with two different visual infrastructures.

Abstract
Finally, the development of Visual Management favored by Industry 4.0 called Digital Visual Management (DVM) is analyzed with two different visual infrastructures.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
