My thesis will mainly talk about what social communication is and how it is structured, other than presenting its main actors in the course of time and in the present; as an example of good social communication my thesis will bring the case-study of a social association, 'Pubblica Assistenza Signa'.
La tesi volgerà principalmente sulla comunicazione sociale, spiegando cosa sia, come sia strutturata e quali siano/siano stati i suoi principali attori; proseguirà poi con il Caso-Studio dell'associazione sociale 'Pubblica Assistenza Signa', presa come esempio di comunicazione sociale in Italia.
