The research that this thesis intends to carry out takes as its starting point an analysis of the Beweisegrund written by Kant around 1762; the text shows how within Kant's thought a possible proof of the existence of God in ontological form can be found. The analysis of this pre-critical Kantian text is an excellent starting point for consideration on the development of the ontological argument within the thought of the philosopher from Könisberg, especially in relation to the rational theology of the modern era. In order to make clear the relationship that Kant had respect to the ontological argument, it will be necessary to consider its development within the Kritik der reinen Vernunft, focusing mainly on the confutation he brings to the Cartesian-style ontological argument. The analysis of the proof of God's existence within the Kritik der reinen Vernunft and Kant's confutation is concluded, with a brief discussion of a necessary contextualization in relation to modern rational theology. At the end of this Thesis, an attempt will be made to show, in brief, the development of the idea of God in Kant's thought after the Critique, and in particular to compare the conclusions drawn in the Kritik der reinen Vernunft with those drawn in the Beweisegrund, in order to highlight their points of encounter and conflict.
La ricerca che questa Tesi vuole svolgere prende piede da un’analisi del Beweisegrund scritto da Kant intorno al 1762; nel testo si evidenzia come all’interno del pensiero Kantiano sia riscontrabile una possibile prova dell’esistenza di Dio in forma ontologica. L’analisi di questo testo precritico kantiano è un ottimo spunto per svolgere una riflessione attorno allo sviluppo che l’argomento ontologico ha avuto all’interno del pensiero del filosofo di Könisberg, in particolar modo, rispetto alla teologia razionale dell’epoca moderna. Per rendere chiaro il rapporto che Kant ha avuto rispetto all’argomento ontologico, si renderà necessario prendere in considerazione il suo sviluppo all’interno della Kritik der reinen Vernunft, soffermandosi principalmente sulla confutazione che porta nei confronti dell’argomento ontologico di stampo cartesiano. Conclusa l’analisi della prova dell’esistenza di Dio all’interno della Kritik der reinen Vernunft e delle confutazioni esposte da Kant, intrattenendosi brevemente su una doverosa contestualizzazione rispetto alla teologia razionale moderna. Al termine di questa Tesi si cercherà di mostrare, in breve, lo sviluppo dell'idea di Dio nel pensiero kantiano "post-Critica", e in particolar modo porrò allo specchio le conclusioni tratte nella Kritik der reinen Vernunft rispetto a quelle tratte nel Beweisegrund, ai fini di evidenziarne i punti d'incontro e di scontro.
