In a changing environment such as the present one, there is a need for a performance management model that helps companies to be flexible and responsive, keeping staff focused, aligned and informed about the destination to be reached, in terms of strategic objectives, and the ways to do it. To this purpose, the framework that is playing the leading role is the OKR framework, acronym of Objective and Key Results. In this study, after having explored, deepened and selected useful information about the OKR framework, we tried to evaluate its impact in Italian companies that have chosen it as a management model, in sectors that are also very distant and different from each other, going to analyze the tools used to support the framework and all improvements in terms of performance and organizational climate that this has brought. It was then explained the method for how it was born, how it evolved over time, and how it can help the organization in every conditions, regardless of the sectoral and socio-cultural context in which it is immersed, using some simple tricks, which allow its total functionality.
In un contesto mutevole come quello attuale, è comparsa la necessità di un modello di gestione delle performance che aiuti le aziende ad essere flessibili e reattive, mantenendo il personale concentrato, allineato ed informato sulla destinazione da raggiungere, in termini di obiettivi strategici, e dei mezzi per poterlo fare. A tal scopo, il framework che sta svolgendo il ruolo da protagonista è il framework OKR, acronimo di Objective and Key Results. In questo studio, dopo aver esplorato, approfondito e selezionato informazioni utili riguardo il framework OKR, si è cercato di valutare il suo impatto nelle aziende Italiane che lo hanno scelto come modello gestionale, in settori anche molto distanti e differenti tra loro, andando ad analizzare gli strumenti utilizzati al sostegno del framework e gli eventuali miglioramenti in termini di performance e clima organizzativo che questo ha portato. E' stato quindi spiegato il metodo per come è nato, come è evoluto nel tempo, e come esso si adatti ad ogni realtà, indipendentemente dal contesto settoriale e socio-culturale in cui essa è immersa, utilizzando alcuni semplici accorgimenti, che ne consentono il suo totale funzionamento.
