The relationships that well-being holds with different forms of awareness, such as mindfulness, interconnectedness and non-attachment will be pointed out. Specifically, an examination will be made of the studies previously done that demonstrate the positive effects that the latter have on different components of well-being and, later, the study of the paper present here will be presented. The links between these different factors and their relationship to some individual differences will be analysed.
Verranno messe in evidenza le relazioni che il benessere detiene con diverse forme di consapevolezza, quali mindfulness, interconnessione e non-attaccamento. Nello specifico verrà fatto un escursus degli studi precedentemente fatti che dimostrano gli effetti positivi che quest’ultimi hanno su diverse componenti del benessere e, in seguito, sarà presentato lo studio dello scritto qui presente. Verranno analizzati i legami che intercorrono tra questi diversi fattori e il loro rapporto con alcune differenze individuali.
