Integrazione di logiche di Lean Thinking: il caso Automazioni Industriali S.r.l.

The paper aims to present the curricular internship experience carried out by the undersigned at Considi S.p.A. The case of the client company Automazioni Industriali S.r.l. will be treated, in which Lean Thinking logics have been applied in order to bring about a streamlined reorganization of multiple company functions. The discussion will include an introductory part of the presentation on the topics touched upon during the course and the companies involved, followed by theoretical notions to support the work. The analysis will then focus on the description of the activities carried out in Industrial Automation, with particular attention to the mechanical processing department, for the description of which the use of graphic indicators and tables will be used.

L’elaborato si pone come obiettivo la presentazione dell’esperienza di tirocinio curriculare svolta dal sottoscritto presso Considi S.p.A. Verrà trattato il caso dell’azienda cliente Automazioni Industriali S.r.l., nella quale sono state applicate logiche di Lean Thinking al fine di portare una riorganizzazione snella di molteplici funzioni aziendali. La trattazione comprenderà una parte introduttiva di presentazione sugli argomenti toccati durante il percorso e le aziende coinvolte, seguita da nozioni teoriche a supporto dell’operato. L’analisi verterà poi sulla descrizione delle attività svolte in Automazioni industriali, con particolare attenzione al reparto delle lavorazioni meccaniche, per la cui descrizione si farà ricorso all’utilizzo di indicatori grafici e tabelle.
