Re-layout di un'azienda produttrice di cabine per macchina movimento terra

The thesis focuses on the analysis of the production cycle of a metalworking company specialized in the production of cabins for earthmoving machines. Specifically, the increase in production of a cabin following the increase in demand is analyzed, focusing on the robotic machinery dedicated to welding. To facilitate the representation, the AnyLogic software is used, which simulates the flow of components useful for the creation of the finished product.

La tesi verte sull'analisi del ciclo produttivo di un'azienda metalmeccanica specializzata nella produzione di cabine per macchine movimento terra. Nello specifico si prende in analisi l'aumento di produzione di una cabina a seguito dell'aumento della richiesta, soffermandosi sui macchinari robotizzati dedicati alla saldatura. Per facilitare la rappresentazione si utilizza il software AnyLogic, che simula il flusso dei componenti utili alla realizzazione del prodotto finito.
