Many countries, non-governmental organizations, and coalitions are trying to oppose the disastrous living conditions of Haitians. In order to achieve results, they have launched programs of food, security reinforcement of support for the maintenance of order on the island, etc... Yet, at present, the situation within the nation has never been so disastrous, which causes a butterfly effect both economically and socially. If these countries really want to help us, many points should be reviewed in their support plans. The objective of this study is to take stock of the situation, to understand how some programs have failed, what some interventions have brought us, and what has been effective at the social and economic levels. The problem is therefore the following: Are these programs effective? If not, why not? what needs to be changed or even completely changed, or what interventions should be carried out but which have not been?

Abstract
If not, why not? what needs to be changed or even completely changed, or what interventions should be carried out but which have not been?File | Dimensione | Formato | |
