The following thesis deals with and introduces the topic of the Next Generation EU as a financial instrument for the economic recovery of the European Union after the crisis due to the Covid-19 pandemic; it is also compared with the previous business plans adopted and also focusing on the state instrument "PNRR", the National Recovery and Resilience Plan.
La seguente tesi tratta e introduce il tema della Next Generation EU come strumento finanziario di ripresa economica dell'Unione Europea dopo la crisi dovuta alla pandemia di Covid-19; viene inoltre confrontata con gli antecedenti piani di impresa adottati soffermandosi in aggiunta sullo strumento statale "PNRR", il Piano di Nazionale di Ripresa e Resilienza.
