INARCA SPA 1950-2020 dal contesto locale al mercato globale

Modern economic development is formed by a set of various closely interconnected factors, one of the main factors is the enterprise. The general analysis of enterprises as economic, social, political-institutional subjects starting from the post-war period without neglecting the period passes from the economic boom of the sixties to the depression of the beginning of the second millennium passing through the post-crisis period 2008-2010 to arrive at the covid-19 pandemic, will be compared and integrated with the history of a company and its insertion in the globalized economic world but attentive to the aspects relating to its territory. The purpose of this paper is to describe the evolution of a company starting from its foundation, highlighting the often involuntary application of the various company paradigms, and to interpret the behavior and the subsequent result obtained by the entrepreneur, all in relation to the underlying historical-scientific characteristics. The story concerns the foundation, in the 1960, of a company, INARCA SPA, its history, its development, the innovation of its patents and its success.

Lo sviluppo economico moderno è formato dall’insieme di svariati fattori strettamente interconnessi fra loro, uno dei fattori principali è l’impresa. L’analisi generale delle imprese quali soggetti economici, sociali, politico-istituzionali a partire dal dopoguerra senza tralasciare l’era che trascorre dal boom economico degli anni Sessanta alla depressione di inizio secondo millennio passando per il periodo post-crisi 2008-2010 per arrivare alla pandemia covid-19, verrà comparata ed integrata con la storia di una impresa ed il suo inserimento nel mondo economico globalizzato ma attenta agli aspetti relativi al suo territorio. Lo scopo di questo elaborato è descrivere l’evoluzione di una impresa a partire dalla sua fondazione evidenziando l’applicazione, spesso involontaria, dei vari paradigmi d’impresa, ed interpretare il comportamento ed il susseguente risultato ottenuto dall’imprenditore, il tutto in relazione alle caratteristiche storico-scientifiche sottostanti. La vicenda riguarda la fondazione, negli anni Sessanta del Novecento, di un’azienda la INARCA SPA, la sua storia, il suo sviluppo, l’innovazione dei suoi brevetti ed il suo successo.
