The paper analyzes the phenomenon of family mobbing, which is increasingly widespread within the home, with consequent civil protection for the victim, who can ask for separation with charge and, if there are children, also face any exclusive assignment.

L'elaborato è volto ad analizzare il fenomeno del mobbing familiare, di crescente diffusione all'interno delle mura domestiche, con conseguente tutela in sede civile per la vittima, la quale potrà domandare la separazione con addebito e, ove vi siano dei figli, anche l'eventuale affidamento esclusivo.
