The thesis focuses on the profound change that the world of work has undergone in recent years, as a result of the pandemic crisis. I intend to structure the work starting from the legislation existing today in Italy which regulates remote work. A quantitative analysis will follow with data on the diffusion of remote working in Italy, distinguished between the public and private sectors, identification of the economic sectors with the highest incidence of diffusion (services, insurance companies, banks), analysis of the different forms present today on the remote working market - smart working. Are remote working- smart working synonyms? Do they represent the same thing? The second chapter will deal with practical cases, analyzing the approach of a large international corporation "Assicurazioni Generali" and the case of a small-medium economic reality of a professional firm of business consultancy, with over 25 employees. Third chapter: following this profound transformation underway and its evolution into a future perspective, how does work organization, human resource management, managerial styles and leadership change? How do workers' engagement and commitment evolve?

Abstract
How do workers' engagement and commitment evolve?File | Dimensione | Formato | |
