In this thesis work we want to give an overview of what synthetic fuels are, how they are produced and how they can be used, then moving on to an evaluation of the technologies for their synthesis and an evaluation of the possible benefits to the European economy if it a global market based on this technology. Finally, the author's opinion will be presented on the best way to act to speed up the energy transition, integrating the use of eFuels produced in regions of the world rich in renewable energy with direct electrification.

Abstract
In this thesis work we want to give an overview of what synthetic fuels are, how they are produced and how they can be used, then moving on to an evaluation of the technologies for their synthesis and an evaluation of the possible benefits to the European economy if it a global market based on this technology. Finally, the author's opinion will be presented on the best way to act to speed up the energy transition, integrating the use of eFuels produced in regions of the world rich in renewable energy with direct electrification.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
