Probiotic rich foods and drinks are becoming more and more popular in the food market, and they have a large impact on human health. Kombucha is a fermented tea drink made from black or green tea and a symbiotic culture of bacterias and yeast called scoby. After 5-7 days of fermentation, the probiotic drink contains lactic acid, acetic acid bacterias and yeasts. The present study is focused on doing different analyses for kombucha. For example bacteria and yeast found in kombucha were discovered by analyses on PDA, PCA, GYC, MRS culture plates.
