La figura dell’ispettore micologo e l’importanza dell’informazione riguardante i rischi del consumo di funghi selvatici

Various aspects related to wild mushrooms will be discussed in the thesis, starting from their picking, to the recognition of the species, the toxins and the problems they cause, to move on to the professional figure who deals with this topic: the mycologist inspector and specifically, how he specializes himself and his duties. In addition, a focus will be made on the Amanita phalloides mushroom and a brief summary of some species of interest, from the point of view of the danger and the respective damage to the body.

Nella tesi si parlerà di vari aspetti legati ai funghi selvatici, partendo dalla loro raccolta, al riconoscimento delle specie, alle tossine e ai problemi che provocano, per poi passare alla figura professionale che tratta questo argomento: l’ispettore micologo e in modo specifico, di come si specializza e i suoi compiti. Inoltre sarà fatto un focus sul fungo Amanita phalloides e un breve riepilogo di alcune specie di interesse dal punto di vista della pericolosità e i rispettivi danni all’organismo.
