This paper examines the trademark from a legal perspective: delving into its functions, the different types that exist, the requirements necessary for its identification and the registration process to which it must be subjected. The trademark is then addressed through the issue of counterfeiting, a phenomenon still considered problematic today that involves not only the offline but also the online environment.
Nel presente elaborato si esamina il marchio dal punto di vista giuridico: approfondendo le sue funzioni, le differenti tipologie esistenti, i requisiti necessari per la sua identificazione e il procedimento di registrazione al quale deve essere sottoposto. Il marchio viene poi affrontato attraverso il tema della contraffazione, un fenomeno ancora oggi considerato problematico che coinvolge non più solo l'offline ma anche l'ambiente online.
