This Final Graduation Report aims to investigate how the presence of the corporate daycare influences the well-being of parents. The difference between corporate daycare and other early childhood education services was addressed, in addition the evolution of children's rights was treated by paying attention to the vision of 20th century pedagogues. A mapping of corporate daycare centers in the Veneto region was carried out, analyzing the results and characteristics of the service, and then reflecting on the labor market and the effect it has on families. The issue of quality of life was examined, especially quality of work life. Finally, an interview was administered to multiple educators from the University of Padua's corporate daycare center, so it was possible to have multiple points of view and be able to compare them with each other.
La presente Relazione finale di laurea si propone di indagare come la presenza del nido aziendale influenza il ben-essere dei genitori. È stata affrontata la differenza tra l’asilo nido aziendale e gli altri servizi educativi per la prima infanzia, in aggiunta è stata trattata l'evoluzione dei diritti dei bambini prestando attenzione alla visione dei pedagogisti del XX secolo. È stata svolta una mappatura dei nidi aziendali presenti nel territorio Veneto, analizzando i risultati e le caratteristiche del servizio, per poi riflettere sul mercato del lavoro e l'effetto che provoca sulle famiglie. È stato esaminato il tema della qualità di vita, in particolar modo la qualità di vita lavorativa. Infine, è stata somministrata un'intervista a più educatrici del nido aziendale dell'Università degli Studi di Padova, in tal modo è stato possibile avere più punti di vista e poterli confrontare tra loro.
