This dissertation is dedicated to an analysis of artificial languages obtained through a conscious glossopoetic design. The main purpose is to understand to what degree an artificial language can be similar to a naturally developed language. The first part is dedicated to the history and classification of glossopoeia. The second part dwells on the creation of a construction language. The third part aims at finding out whether naturalness is actually achievable with several exemplifications.
