This document highlights the importance of addressing work-life balance and psychological and stress-related issues in the digital workspace to promote employee well-being. Through a systematic literature comprehensive review, factors contributing to work-life balance to this issue and the impact they have it has on employees’ well-being, including stress, burnout, and other psychological problems, will be identified. Additionally, potential strategies on the individual and organisational levels will be discussed for alleviating these problems.
