In this thesis, This a trial will be performed in an apple orchard in of Trentino-Alto Adige region (Italy) aims to verify whether there are variations in the composition of sec ratio and physiological state (i.e. virgin, freshly mated and ovipositing females) of C. pomonella captured along the season by using the new 4K Kairomonal kairomonal lure. Specifically, the focus will be on the sex ratio and the female population's mating status. The data from this trial can be compared with the capture data obtained through other monitoring systems to verify the impact of the population reduction how ourof this lure acts on the population.

Abstract

In this thesis, This a trial will be performed in an apple orchard in of Trentino-Alto Adige region (Italy) aims to verify whether there are variations in the composition of sec ratio and physiological state (i.e. virgin, freshly mated and ovipositing females) of C. pomonella captured along the season by using the new 4K Kairomonal kairomonal lure.
