The copper catalysed enantioselective conjugate addition of organometallic reagents to α,β-unsaturated compounds is an important method for the generation of C-C bonds in chiral products that are useful in pharmaceutical and agrochemical chemistry. This thesis focuses on the synthesis of new chiral phosphoramidites as copper ligands capable to induce high enantiomeric excesses and high yields in a copper catalysed conjugate addition reaction of diethylzinc to an α,β-unsaturated sulfone.
L'addizione coniugata enantioselettiva di reagenti organometallici a composti α,β-insaturi catalizzata da rame è un importante metodo sintetico per la formazione di legami C-C a dare prodotti chirali utili in chimica farmaceutica e agrochimica. La ricerca di questa tesi riguarda la sintesi di nuovi fosforamiditi chirali come leganti del rame al fine di ottenere alti eccessi enantiomerici ed alte rese nella reazione di addizione coniugata di dietilzinco ad un solfone α,β-insaturo.
