The thesis is achieved through Business Game: a competition at university level between various teams composed of 4 undergraduate students, who challenge themselves using a specific software, which is able to simulate a reality of an enterprise. Each group of students heads its own 'fictitious company' and competes with competitors within a market, created by the software itself. The ultimate goal is to achieve the greatest possible business success, which can be measured using the ROS, ROA, EBIT indices. To do this, it is possible to act on the variables (such as prices, investments, strategy, and so on...), which must be checked from period to period and, if necessary, adjusted.

Abstract
The thesis is achieved through Business Game: a competition at university level between various teams composed of 4 undergraduate students, who challenge themselves using a specific software, which is able to simulate a reality of an enterprise. Each group of students heads its own 'fictitious company' and competes with competitors within a market, created by the software itself. The ultimate goal is to achieve the greatest possible business success, which can be measured using the ROS, ROA, EBIT indices. To do this, it is possible to act on the variables (such as prices, investments, strategy, and so on...), which must be checked from period to period and, if necessary, adjusted. The text of this website © Università degli studi di Padova.
