This thesis analyses the IPOs of restaurant companies after the pandemic, using both quantitative and qualitative methods to better understand the process through which these companies obtain funds and visibility, it is also analyzed the bookbuilding of the issued securities and the underpricing phenomenon. The study also focuses on how these funds will be spent to support the long-term growth of these companies.
