L'agricoltura è un settore fondamentale per la sicurezza alimentare e lo sviluppo sostenibile. Negli ultimi anni, l'avvento delle nuove tecnologie ha aperto nuove opportunità per le imprese agricole, ma ha anche presentato sfide significative. Questo studio si propone di analizzare le sfide e le opportunità che le nuove tecnologie rappresentano per il settore dell'agri-food.
