PSS e servitizzazione nel printing: il caso Xerox

The paper presents a systematic literature review on servitization, focusing on three aspects: the concept of servitization through PSS (Product-Service Systems), the diffusion of servitization across different industries, and the internal transformation process within companies. The analysis then shifts to the printing industry and Xerox & co. to examine their activities in light of the aforementioned theory, constructing a case study on its servitization process.

L'elaborato presenta una revisione sistematica della letteratura sulla servitizzazione concentrandosi su 3 aspetti: il concetto di servitizzazione tramite PSS, la diffusione della servitizzazione in diverse industrie, e il processo di trasformazione interno alle aziende. L'analisi si sposta poi sul settore del printing e su Xerox & co. per analizzare le sue attività alla luce della teoria sopra presentata, costruendo un caso di studio sul suo processo di servitizzazione.
