Analisi delle misure sugli investimenti aziendali in agricoltura: il caso del Piano di Sviluppo Rurale del Veneto

The study is based on the evolution of the measure on farm investments actions in agriculture in the PSR Veneto from 2000 to the present, making a comparison of the elements that characterize the measures over the course of the different programming. The rural development program turns out to be fundamental over the years by allowing farmers, through incentives, to make important investments with the aim of increasing their productivity and consequently their income, reducing the gap with other economic sectors. By schematizing and analysing the individual specifications of the measure considered, the main comparative features and the changes, determined the greatest differences that have occurred over the past two decades. The results indicate a significant change in the measure over time, with an increasing focus on the environment, performance and diversification of agricultural activity, including the introduction of sub-measures specifically focused on these themes.

Lo studio si basa sull’ evoluzione della misura sugli investimenti aziendali in agricoltura nel PSR Veneto dal 2000 ad oggi, operando un confronto tra gli elementi che caratterizzano le misure nel corso delle diverse programmazioni. Il programma di sviluppo rurale risulta fondamentale negli anni permettendo agli agricoltori, mediante incentivi, di fare importanti investimenti con l’obiettivo di aumentare la loro produttività e di conseguenza il loro reddito, riducendo il divario con gli altri settori economici. Schematizzando e analizzando le singole specifiche della misura considerata si sono determinati i principali caratteri di confronto e si sono individuati i cambiamenti di maggiore rilevanza avvenuti nell’ultimo ventennio. I risultati indicano un notevole cambiamento della misura nel tempo, con un crescente focus sull’ambiente, sulle performance e sulla diversificazione dell’attività agricola, anche attraverso l’introduzione di sottomisure specificatamente incentrate su queste tematiche.
