Taking into consideration the case of Rifugio Vincenza, located in Val Gardena, there are the testimonies of the experiences of tourists and shelter's owners, collected through direct interviews. It shows insights of mountain tourism, with reference to historical development, the impact it has on the territory and the experiential dimension.
