The aim of this essay is to analyze how technologies influence learning experiences within the museum context. The research was carried out at the MUSE - Trento Science Museum and was based on the analysis of the surveys submitted to users and on the conduct of two semi-structured interviews with Museum professionals. The tools used are built starting from a theoretical perspective that takes into account the social, political and cultural changes that have taken place over the last thirty years and which have led to a crisis in the museum world relating to its role in society, in conjunction with the paradigms of participatory learning and technological development: here we want to face an analysis that goes to study both the effects of the museum experience lived by visitors, and the strategies and guidelines applied by the museum. The identification of these two dimensions is based on the choice to underline the importance of the role of visitors, users and generators of the experiences that give life to the Museum, connected to the strategies and actions that allow them to occur.
Lo scopo di questa tesi sperimentale è quello di analizzare come le tecnologie influenzino le esperienze di apprendimento all'interno del contesto museale. La ricerca è stata svolta presso il MUSE - Museo delle Scienze di Trento e si è basata sull'analisi dei questionari sottoposti agli utenti e sulla conduzione di due interviste semi-strutturate ai professionisti del Museo. Gli strumenti utilizzati sono costruiti a partire da una prospettiva teorica che tenga in considerazione i cambiamenti sociali, politici e culturali avvenuti negli ultimi trent'anni e che hanno determinato una crisi del mondo museale relativa al suo ruolo nella società, in concomitanza con i paradigmi dell'apprendimento partecipativo e dello sviluppo tecnologico: qui si vuole affrontare un'analisi che affronti sia gli effetti dell'esperienza museale vissuta dai visitatori, sia le strategie e le linee guida applicate dal museo. L'identificazione di queste due dimensioni si basa sulla scelta di sottolineare l'importanza del ruolo dei visitatori, fruitori e generatori delle esperienze che danno vita al Museo, connessa alle strategie e alle azioni che ne consentono il verificarsi.
